I’ve visited London more times than I can count, but there are still moments that manage to surprise me. One of those happened not long ago — when I decided, somewhat spontaneously, to visit The View from The Shard. There’s also a bar up top where you can grab a glass of champagne or a coffee — and I highly recommend doing so. There’s something incredibly calming about sipping a drink while gazing out over a city that never stops moving.
